Flexible Tungsten Carbide welding rope
Flexible welding ropes are made in two different types, spherical and cast tungsten carbide powders with self-fluxing nickel alloy powder on the nickel wire. The size and distribution of hard tungsten carbide powder and also the exact composition of nickel powder and additive elements determine the quality, the final hardness and wear resistance of these ropes. The self-fluxing nickel alloy powder has a spherical or nearly spherical shape, high wettability with cast tungsten carbide.
